Hello!
Welcome to the virtual experience of Mitchell and Lily Focht's cattle-raising farm. On Old Ripley Road, in Sorento, IL, sits a little blue house and big aspirations. We have grown our herd these last few years from bottle-feeding Holstein mix steers and auction-bought Angus to now developing our own brand by breeding our Charlois Bull with Beef-master Heifers. As a result, we strongly feel this will continue to make superior beef for consumption.
We intend to share our experiences as well as our pasture-raised, grain-fed beef with family and friends!
