For bulk purchases, we ask for a down payment to secure the order. Once the animal is at the processor, we will send the final invoice based on carcass weight. You work with the processor to get the cuts of your choice. Once cut, packaged, and frozen (typically within two weeks after arrival at processor) your meat will be ready for pick-up. Delivery is also available!
For an average 1/4 beef from an average carcass (800 lbs.) you will need a 100 quart cooler space for transport and 4.5 cu. ft of chest freezer space OR 5.5 cu. ft. of upright freezer space for storage.
